Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Hartes Handmade. All of our products are lovingly handmade and personalised to order, so please allow time for us to craft your item before it is dispatched.

Production & Handling Time

All orders require a production and handling time of 3–7 business days before dispatch. This is in addition to the delivery time shown at checkout. During busy periods (such as Christmas and Valentine's Day), production times may be slightly longer — we will always communicate any delays.

Delivery & Shipping Rates

We currently ship to UK addresses only.

Standard Delivery: Delivered via Royal Mail or equivalent carrier. Estimated delivery 2–5 business days after dispatch.
Express Delivery: Faster delivery option available at checkout. Estimated delivery 1–2 business days after dispatch.

Exact shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Order Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is on its way.

Important Notes

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur during peak periods or due to carrier issues outside our control.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. Hartes Handmade cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Once an order has been dispatched, risk of loss passes to the carrier.
